I made the trip from Ohio alone and the experience could not have been any better. No question was unanswered, and I knew I was in the most competent hands. Anything I needed was taken care of and at any time of day or night by the office staff or the team at the hospital. It was so reassuring that I could always reach someone with any question or concern.
