SURGICAL OBSERVATION FOR VAGINAL RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY
& COSMETIC VAGINAL SURGERY
The urogynecology practice of Dr. John R. Miklos & Dr. Robert D. Moore is now offering teaching and surgical observation, in Atlanta GA, for Laparoscopic and Vaginal Reconstructive Surgery (USA Physicians and International Surgeons) and Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery (International Surgeons Only).
Drs. Miklos and Moore are recognized throughout the world as leaders in the field of urogynecology and vaginal reconstructive surgery, leading the way in laparoscopic surgical procedures of women with complicated pelvic floor problems including prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, fistula, adhesions, mesh complications, fibroids, and MRKH among other conditions.
Drs. Miklos and Moore are double board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, and they are triple fellowship trained in:
- Urogynecology – 2 years
- Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery – 2 years
- Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery – 1 year
The educational seminars now available at Miklos and Moore Urogynecology will focus on surgery with the participating physicians attending the operating theatre for 1-2 days. Drs. Miklos & Moore usually have 8-10 cases in a day and the surgeons will be in the operating room (not scrubbed) attending the live surgery. The participating physicians will be able to ask questions and see at first-hand the techniques involving some of the most advance procedures routinely performed by Drs. Miklos and Moore.

- Laparoscopic Paravaginal Repair (average time 20 minutes)
- Laparoscopic Sacrocolpopexy. (average time 45 minutes)
- Laparoscopic Burch Urethropexy (average time 20 minutes)
- Laparoscopic Hysteropexy (average time 25 minutes)
- Laparoscopic Uterosacral Vault suspension
- Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
- Laparoscopic Vesicovaginal Fistula Repair
- Laparosocpic Neovagina (offered to International Surgeons only)
- Mesh Removal (vaginal, laparoscopic or trans inguinal)
COURSE #2 – RECONSTRUCTIVE PELVIC SURGERY (NON- COSMETIC)
OFFERED TO: INTERNATIONAL SURGEONS (NON-USA SURGEONS ONLY)

- Labiaplasty – Minora
- Labiaplasty – Majora
- Clitoral Hood (Prepuce) Lift
- Lateral Prepuce Reduction
- Vaginal Tightening (Rejuvenation)
- Labia Majora Augmentation
- Mons Pubis Reduction
- Platelet injections (Clitoris & G-Spot)
Not every surgery will be shown at every course but Drs. Miklos & Moore will attempt to give the best assortment of surgery possible. Most cosmetic surgical courses will also have patients with reconstructive surgery, i.e. meaning laparoscopic and vaginal approach to vaginal surgery.

The surgery course includes:
- 2 Days in the operating room as an observer
- watching and interacting with surgeons
- observers will not be able to scrub or examine the patient
- Complete access and interactive discussions with Dr. Robert D. Moore and Dr. John R. Miklos
- Dinner & discussion the night after the first day of surgery
