This patient is an 18-year-old female with MRKH syndrome from Gainesville FL. She presents to the Atlanta office with MRKH i.e. Mayer Rokitansky Kuster Hauser Syndrome. She has been diagnosed with vaginal agenesis, uterine agenesis and cervical agenesis. Her MRI is consistent with having two kidneys, vaginal agenesis, cervical agenesis and uterine agenesis. She has failed dilator therapy to stretch her vagina and after months of research has decided to come to Atlanta Georgia to have the laparoscopic Davydov Neovagina procedure.
Her examination revealed a vaginal length of less than 2 cm. (Figure 1a & 1b)
