Miklos and Moore Act as Co-Chairs of the Fourth Annual World Congress of the International Society of Cosmetogynecology

Dr. John Miklos and Dr. Robert Moore acted as co-chairs of the annual conference, which was held in conjunction with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's 27th Annual Scientific Meeting in Phoenix Arizona.

Dr. Moore Delivers Lectures and Teaches Surgeons in UK

Dr. Robert Moore was invited to teach surgeons throughout the United Kingdom to discuss new laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, cystocele, rectocele, and vault prolapse. Dr. Moore also led the Mini-Arc Surgeon Advisory Board Meeting for American Medical Systems.

Drs. Miklos and Moore Featured in World Progress Report with Joan Lunden

Atlanta Urogynecology Associates was shown on Joan Lunden's World Progress Report, covering the topics of how vaginal childbirth and/or aging can affect a woman’s sexual function and how these symptoms are now largely reversible. Dr. Miklos and Dr. Moore covered topics such as vaginal prolapse or relaxation, urinary incontinence (leakage), diminished friction with intercourse, the aesthetic appearance of the labia and vagina and how there are very successful solutions to these problems.

Dr. Moore and Dr. Miklos return to Dubai

On February 26th, world reknowned vaginal reconstructive surgeons, Dr Moore and Miklos travelled to Dubai for the second time to Chair an International Program in Medicine on Laparoscopic Urogynecology. They were invited back by the Royal College secondary to their reputations as being two of the top vaginal reconstructive surgeons in the world. Surgeons from throughout the middle east will attend the course to learn the latest techniques including Advanced, Laparoscopic repairs, Mini-slings for incontinence, vaginal reconstructive surgery including mesh repairs and aesthetic techniques in vaginal surgery.

Dr. Miklos and Dr. Moore Head to Orlando, FL

On January 27-31, Dr. Miklos and Dr. Moore chaired the first ever Global Symposium on Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeon's Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando, FL. The doctors were invited to be chairmen of this groundbreaking event secondary to their reputations as being two of world leader's in cosmetic vaginal surgery. They co-chaired this event with Dr 90210's Dr David Matlock as well as Dr Marco Pelosi II and III, also considered some of the top surgeons in the field of cosmetic vaginal surgery. Surgeons from all over the world, as well as media moguls such as Cosmopolitan Magazine and Marie Claire attended this groundreaking event.

Dr. Moore and Dr. Miklos Perform Live Surgery in Poland

Dr. Moore was invited to travel to Warsaw and Lublin, Poland, in June to perform live surgery and teach over 200 of Poland’s leading GYN surgeons new techniques in vaginal mesh use for prolapse and the new mini-sling for SUI. Dr. Moore performed the first Elevate vaginal mesh procedure in the country and was invited to teach and perform surgery at two of the country’s leading Centers and Universities. Dr. Moore was honored to be the Honorary Visiting Professor of Surgery in Poland for these courses!

Dr. Moore and Dr. Miklos Teach Courses in Lake Como, Italy

Drs. Moore and Miklos traveled to Lake Como, Italy, in June of this year to present research and teach at the International Urogynecology Meeting. Dr. Moore chaired a course with Professor M. Cosson from France on vaginal mesh kits and complications, and they also presented their research on mini-slings and mesh repairs for prolapse for this international audience. Dr. Moore traveled to Taiwan last Fall to present multiple studies regarding vaginal mesh procedures and complications as well as the Mini-sling for SUI. Drs. Miklos and Moore are considered experts in the world on these techniques and this is why surgeons all over the world continue to desire to learn from them and they continue to be invited as guest lecturers and present their research all over the world.
